I'm Sarah Lewis, I established Jemstone Consultancy in 1993 to bring psychology to organizations, drawing on my skills, knowledge and experience as a fully qualified organizational psychologist.
Good practice is supported by research and knowledge and I contribute to the development of my profession through regular article production and conference speaking. I am a published author, my latest book being “Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management”.
In addition I am a founder and principal member of the Association of Business Psychologists as well as being an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Clients report that I add value to their organizations both through my knowledge and experience and my personal style. I have recently established a partner organization Appreciating Change to extend the range of organizational services I can offer.
