Principal Consultant Sarah Lewis
Sarah Lewis established Jemstone Consultancy in 1993 to provide business psychology services to organisations in all sectors. During the last ten years she has successfully undertaken many projects ranging from team development and executive coaching, through management development and facilitation to consultancy.
Clients’ feedback shows that they have been particularly impressed with Sarah’s ability to quickly grasp the organizational issues, establish a rapport with key people, and facilitate communication and movement on difficult issues.
Sarah is a chartered occupational psychologist. This is the highest practical qualification in this field and reflects Sarah’s extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of the psychology of people, groups and organizations. She is also qualified in systemic organisational consultancy.
Sarah maintains her up to date knowledge by acting as a teaching fellow at Birkbeck College London, and by being an active member of various professional bodies. She is a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
Associates
Sarah works in association with other professionals to service client assignments. All associates are professionals in their own right, usually organisational psychologists. Sometimes associates with different professional profiles such as psychotherapists are engaged for relevant assignments.
All associates working for or with Sarah as Jemstone Consultancy are obliged to have professional liability insurance and to abide by our principles of practice.
